I copied below from the free version's description in the app store, though I moved the description of the premium features to the beginning. The $3.99 premium version has those features built in. I had tried this app a few years ago and did not like it. But, I just did a quick run through with the free version and then read the version history in the app store, and the developer has made a ton of accessibility improvements in the last year especially.
I'd give this one a serious look. My advice is to always read the app store descriptions and even the version history information. This app has only had 15 ratings, but they are very favorable.
