Sorry, forgot about your other question. as for going to a particular page, just do a 3-finger swipe up, I just opened a 5 page PDF and when I did a 3-finger swipe up it said Page 2, when I did it again it said Page 3 etc. You can also do a 3-finger tap in the middle of the page and Voiceover will tell you what page you are on, e.g. when I was on page 4 and I did that it said “Page 4”.

After you select your Airprint printer just use the page range button. It shows you all pages and you have a “From” picker and a “To” picker. If you want to print only page 4 out of 7, set the From picker to 4 and the To picker also to 4, that’s it.
