I've not handle the BrailleMe but I've read that it only has 6 dots, so no dots 7, or 8 to indicate your position. But, the BrailleMe has cursor routing buttons above each cell. I have an Orbit Reader and like it a lot. It connects to iPhones or PCs just fine. It has the ability to edit or create braille files from the SD card. I'd suggest reading all you can on their web sites. HTH, Richard
