Did you check if you accidently did a 2-finger swipe left or right on the watch? That is the gesture to change watch faces and chances are you may have more than 1 set up. If not, you can easily change them on the watch, just do a hard press on the watch anywhere and your faces come up, select the one you want to customize, then swipe down with one finger and you have options to Delete, Customize and Activate (activate is the default). When you get to customize double tap, then go to the complication you want to change, e.g. top left, swipe up or down and find what you want in the list then move on to the next complication etc. When you are done simply press the digital crown, you are taken back to your list of watch faces, you can now flick to Activate and double tap or simply press the digital crown once more.
