If you open the Appstore app, search for "Seeing Ai," and then double-tap
on the name of the app (not on "Open," you'll see a description of the app
and its reviews.  If you  scroll down persistently, you'll see a link
labeled ""app Support" (at least, that's the English label).   If you open
that link, you'll find "Contact Microsoft."  There you'll find a form where
you can interact with a virtual agent.  I have never tried this route for
support so cannot say what the results will be.  I also notice that some of
the reviews of the app have a developer response appended to them, so you
might try a review.   I hope you find these steps helpful.
