Is there a remedy for this?
It's likely there is. There is a remedy for almost everything about
technology :)
Have you ever tried cleaning up the cache, cookies and such? I'm not
sure how it can be done on iOS but it must be possible.
Sorry for not being able to further help. I hope this will give you a
direction ad invite others to answer your question in a more
knowledgeable way, though.
