Hey everyone, this happens with all three of my iphones, iphone XR,
iphone 8 and iphone SE, although it is the worst with my XR. Here is
the issue. When I turn on the phone it starts up as normal but there is
no speech from voiceover. The phone is not muted and when I swipe
around the screen, the voiceover sound effects are there but there is
no speech for several minutes. Turning voiceover off and back on does
not help either. Sometimes it can literally take several minutes before
the speech starts working. I have tried the Tom and Alex voices and the
same thing happens. I've thought about hard resetting my phone but was
wondering if anyone has seen this issue before I do that. Suffice it to
say that it is quite annoying.
