Hi David, Maybe try to clear your app switcher and turn the phone off and then on again. Sometimes this clears up problems. I just went to the app store and to Search and started typing "Dictionary". I typed the first 6 letters and after swiping to the right past the "clear text" button Voiceover said "All results for dictio" and below that was a list of a whole bunch of apps with the word "dictionary" in it. If all else fails you may have to do a factory reset, my iOS 6 update went well, but I had a few strange issues afterwards and eventually decided to spend the time and do a factory reset and then set up my phone as a new phone and everything is working very well now.
