Activate Siri and say make a WhatsApp call to the contact obviously replacing the word contact with the name of the contact.
For instance if you want to make an audio call to a contact called John Smith you w say after activating Siri make a WhatsApp audio call to John Smith. Siri may ask you permission to access your WhatsApp data.
