I'd recommend the Logitech K-380. It doesn't fold, but it's thin and will easily fit into a small bag.It's great to type on, and it feels pretty solid. It's easy to use on your lap. It won't fit into a pocket, but if you're taking a roller board on a trip or a brief case to the office then it can easily go with you. It'll also pair to three devices, so you can switch from device to device by just hitting F1, F2 or F3.
