Have you done the following, I would do #1 first and then if that doesn’t help
try #2.

1. Turn off your phone completely, wait maybe 20 seconds then pop out the SIM
tray just a bit, push it back in and turn your phone back on.
If that doesn’t help:
2. Close all apps, go to Settings > General > Reset and tap to Reset Network
Settings.
Note that you will have to reconnect to WiFi after this including entering
your WiFi password.

I assume this is about iMessage saying it’s still waiting for something? I also
assume you signed out of your Apple Id and back in?

Sieghard

Subject: Restoring inquiries

Hello, my phone still hasn't resolved its issues. I spoke to apple
accessibility and there wasn't anything further they could do on their end. I
wondered about calling my mobile carrier because it is my phone number not
connecting, but apple accessibility said they probably wouldn't be able to do
anything. IMessage is on apple's end.

So, I have some restoring questions. Is it possible to restore my phone to the
point just before it got all messed up? Say, last Thursday? If so, it would
need to be an icloud backup, but I wasn't sure if the daily backups remain in
the cloud. I would still be restoring to a point where the beta is on my phone.

What are your thoughts?

My other thought is to put up with this and hope the next round of beta is
released soon. Maybe that'll fix it.

Thanks,
Traci
