Hello, Having recently upgraded to an iPhone XR I have a question regarding Face Recognition I would appreciate your advise on.
Generally I find Face Recognition works well. However, sometimes when attempting to unlock my phone I am told that no face has been detected. When this happens there is a prompt to Slide To Unlock. No matter what I try I cannot interact with this message. Is there a way other than pressing the Side Button to lock the device and unlock it again? I am probably missing something obvious and it would not be the first time! All help gratefully received. Thanks.
