I have no complaints with Siri. He does everything I askk of him. The only
thing that I miss is
that, with the latest IOS updae, he, no longer, has the personal touch, whereby
he used to address
me by name: a little nicety that I cannot get Alexa to do!!!

It was probably a waste of money because whoever they had listening to SIRI
must have been either
asleep or maybe they were playing video games on their phone because one should
think otherwise SIRI
should be better than it is now.
Maybe once they get rid of the human listeners SIRI will finally improve.

No, they are not getting rid of anything.
They are stopping a program of quality control because they had human staff
listening to recordings
to determine if Siri was getting things correct, but that meant people's
privacy was being
compromised.
