Hello, one of the best ways to manage email on the phone is to tap the edit button, then go through and tap on the emails I don't want. Then tap on the trash button. This way, you don't need to flick up to delete the current message in the list and accidentally delete a newer message that has put itself on top while Voiceover was reading the one you had been on. The buttons along the bottom will help you compose or reply. The forward and reply all options are within the reply button as further options. When composing a message, after a while of writing them, the contact will show up after you put in the first few letters. Just keep flicking until you reach the message body. Matthew
