I bought the app visin assist for a friend and she seems to be very
satisfied with its performance. Here is the appstore link

It is currently priced at $5.99 in the appstore. This is not the only app
that provides this functionality, but it is the one I am familiar with as I
know several people who use it. If you have the free app from the braille
institute called VIA, it may provide more options for you.
