I would want mine to go to Speaker when pulled away from my ear, just not while
next to my ear.

Best regards,

Carolyn

Hi,
A temporary remedy for this until the glitch is fixed is to go to VoiceOver
settings and access audio. There, you can prevent your phone from going into
speakerphone when phone is pulled away from your ear.

Same here and it seems not have been fixed so far in iOS 13 public beta
6. Make sure you report it to Apple Accessibility as a bug because it is very
annoying.

That has happened to me too as of late.

I’m running the latest IOS on an iPhone 6s. When I am on a call with
the phone to my ear and my screen locks at some point, my call suddenly goes to
speaker. Pressing the home button to open the phone again will send it back to
my ear. If I leave my thumb on the home button, it seems to keep the phone
from locking, therefore leaving the call in my ear. Do others have this issue?
Turning off the screen lock feature is not an option, due to security settings
for my work. I don’t recall this behavior in the past, but I don’t make
enough calls on my phone to say when the behavior started.

        Robin
