Hi Shane, I just started a new email, then I added an email address into the "To" field. Next I double taped on CC/BCC and added an email address to CC, then I added a second email address to CC. I think what you are referring to is that after you do that you can flick around the screen or move your finger around the screen and find the To, CC, BCC and From fields, but not subject.
I am not really sure if this is supposed to be this way or not, but when I start a new email I usually just use the "Return" key to go from one field to the next, e.g. I put in my recipient in the To field, then instead of finding subject and double tapping to enter edit mode for that field just double tap on Return and it's like pressing tab on the computer and the cursor will jump into the next field and it will automatically be in edit mode. This also works when adding a contact, after you enter the first name, tap return and it will go to last name, another return and it goes to company, then to phone etc. I don't use a Bluetooth keyboard a lot, but I think if you do this with a Bluetooth keyboard the tab key actually works in the same way just as it would on a PC in Outlook where after typing the "To address I just press tab to get to CC, tab again for subject and tab again to get to the message body. So, anyhow, if I am in the CC field after adding 2 or more addresses and I double tap on enter the subject will pop up right away and it's in edit mode.
