Especially for your iPhones 5S, 6 that won’t take iOS13, if I were youk, I’d update to make sure you’ve got all the security patches and updates. Also for us whose iPhones will go on to receive iOS13, I went ahead and updated my SE just to be on the safe side. Good luck!
