I avoid windows as much as possible, so I can't recommend a particular Windows calling app. If you mean from your cellphone, it's harder on an iphone (tight security, so recording apps can't access the microphone and speaker when you've got a call going. If you've had the meeting call you via GoogleVoice, you can use the GV record a call facility. tapeacall is popular, I've never used it. https://www.howtogeek.com/313366/how-to-record-a-phone-call-on-an-iphone/ may be helpful. Note that whether it is Legal to record a call depends on what state you AND your audience members are in.
