Hi Anna, Thanks as always for being so kind as to respond. Yes in my experience I was told to tell all devices to which they were connected to forget them then press the button on the back of the case for approximately 8 seconds to get them back into pairing mode and then remember to rename them once paired with the new device under their more info button in bluetooth devices.
