On my iPhone SE, for example, the other day, when I got a call for confirmation of a medical appointment, I could hardly hear the one and when I pressed it for the talking on the tape, which would have started again, if I had not punched something - same thing with pharmacy and other situations, where a digit or digits have to be pressed, while announcements are in progress. Is there any way I can enhance the sound of the touch pad?
