I don't think it is possible to restore deleted files or folders using the Dropbox app on your phone. Below are the steps I found for restoring deleted Dropbox files when I Googled it: 1. Sign in to dropbox.com. 2. Tap on the Files in the left sidebar. 3. Click on Deleted files in the left sidebar. 4. Locate the deleted file or folder you want to recover. 5. Select Restore. I believe you'll have to open Safari on your iPhone and sign into your Dropbox account there in order to do the above steps. Good luck.
