Hi everyone,,
I hope everyone is well. I have the AT&T WatchTV service, formerly known as
DirecTVNow. On my iPhone, it is super easy to use, but for some odd reason,
I find it really hard to use on my Apple TV 4th gen.
Specifically, in the guide, I find it hard to scroll in the channel list. I
can't be sure, but my guess is that only a certain number of channels shows
on screen at once. I can move between these with no problem, but
unfortunately, when I want to keep scrolling, I get to a point where it
won't scroll anymore. When I use the two finger hold and drag up or down to
try to scroll, instead of scrolling, what happens like 99% of the time is
that I end up clicking on the last program in the list. Doesn't matter
whether or not I am trying to scroll up or down, I have the same problem.
Also, all that is read is the name of the program, but not the network.
Am I doing something wrong with the scrolling?
On my iPhone this is a piece of cake, but it's a much bigger surface. Also,
it's a three finger swipe up and down, not a two finger swipe while
clicking in on the touch pad.
Any help here would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance. :)
