At this point; no. The Word app, and the Pages app, are very difficult to get accurate information from VoiceOver as to where you are editing. Pages is the native Apple word processor that is probably on your phone. You can only edit with the word app if you have a Microsoft account. I think an office 365 account; but not sure on that bit of detail. ''
