Just saw this message. I usually go months without using Apple
Accessibility Support, but this week I have been adjusting to an
iPhone XR and an Apple Watch Series 4. Most of the experiences have
been great, except for one representative who told me how to restart
the phone, but didn't appear to realize that by restarting the phone,
there was no noise or VoiceOver feedback. She was the one not so great
person I've talked with. Perhaps they can offer suggestions on your
Siri issue. One good thing is they're open 24/7.
