OK, 1bar is not enough for a phone call. You need at least 2 bars. I’d move around your house and spot for several minutes in each location and see if you can sort out where the areas are that only have 1 bar. Avoid those areas for phone calls. Or, check with tMobile to see if they have a signal booster that might help.
But, checking if other phones hit 1 bar in those same areas would also be helpful. It can be one out of four bars, then it can be three out of four bars. Frequently, people tell me I am cutting in and out. The other day while on a phone call, I was super garbled apparently. We switch to T-Mobile in June, and I swear for the first week it was great. Now it’s just kind of gone downhill. On a good note, we are saving money. LOL I suppose it’s good news a new phone may not make a difference. I like my 6S just fine. Should I turn the Wi-Fi calling back on and see if that helps things out? If you have a 6S from when it came out 4 years ago and have never replaced the battery, battery life is likely not the greatest any more anyways.
