Hi, hope this helps. Go to the app store. Next, with one finger double tap and hold on the icon for the app store. When you hear a quick ascending sound pick up your finger. Now there will be a list of options. Swipe to updates and double tap. You are placed in your account and about two-thirds of the way down the screen it will say something about update. For good measure to make certain all updates ar visible, I do a three-finger swipe down to refresh the screen. Now all updates will be visible by swiping to the right. You can skip any you don't Want to update.

Folks: I just downloaded the new iOS 13.1.1, and noticed that there is a difference in the area where are you update your apps when you go into the settings app on your main screen of your iPhone. I find it a bit confusing as there was an indication where you could tap on for updates which would give you a list of what apps need to be updated. My question is, how do you know which apps to update as I find new apps that are not on my phone yet are mixed in with the ones that possibly need to be updated. It seems that the original update section has been either changed or removed and amalgamated into a different set up. Can someone please give me some information on this so I do not download apps that I do not need or want. Thank you so much in advance. Michael G. McKay BA,‘ 05.
