If you have an app called BrailleED, do delete it before updating to iOS 13: I’ve just spoken to Apple Accessibility because, yet again, my Settings app had started crashing every time after 2 seconds. Very fortunately, they had just had a report that this crashing issue can be caused if you download this BrailleED app. I deleted the app - and the Settings app immediately stopped crashing. What a relief to have the problem tracked down! Cheers Harry
