Hi Kevin, Yes there is, but you have to o into settings, accessibility, VoiceOver, Braille. Now, find your Braille display and double tap on more info. Now, double tap on commands. Now double tap on Braille. Now double tap on pan left or pan right. You will have to assign keys to these commands. You do this by pressing the left panning button for the right one to work and vice versa. It will say something like the command is already in use but assign it anyway. This is how you change it.
