Hello Karuna, Is your iPad back up and running, yet?
I have successfully updated my iPad Pro 10.5 to the latest version of iOS13 without incident. My model was released in 2017, if that makes any difference. As for your iPad, have you attempted a hard reset? If not, go ahead and give it a try. You will probably have to Google this info or call Apple support in order to find the steps as I do not know how to do this, at present. Of course, you can also attach your device to a computer and install a fresh copy of iOS 13. Good luck and please let us know how it goes.
