Kevin, I see that I might not have answered your question about answering directly to an individual on the GTTSupport list, so here goes.
1. Check the bottom of each message to see if there is a Reply to Sender link. If there is, click on it and you'll be sending your reply directly to that person and nobody else. 2. If you use JAWS you can bring focus to the From Line when you have an open message that you want to reply to. JAWS allows you to do that by holding down the Insert Key and pressing the Number One on the number row twice quickly, or you can Shift Tab to that Line from any open message. 3. Now you can select all that is in the From Line by holding down the Control Key and pressing the letter A, then copy it to the clipboard with Control C. 4. Now start the Reply process by holding down the Control Key and pressing the letter R. That will land you in the body of the message, where I paste the text with Control V. The text should contain the List email address as well as the individual who originated the message. Edit that text to remove all but the person's email address. 5. Now cut the remaining text to the clipboard with Control X, then Shift Tab back to the To Line and paste the person's email address. 6. Tab back to the body of the message and type your reply. Hi Albert. Thanks for the help. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will work. I do have another question regarding the native iOS mail app. Is there a way to just reply to a sender of a message rather than sending it to the whole list? If there is, I'd like to know so I don't have to send thank you messages to the list, but I can send them to the individual helper.
