Hi Robert, Try downloading the tone again, either on the computer or your iPHone, from Purchased Items. You can find this on the computer by selecting the iTunes store, going to the Store menu and choosing Home, and searching for the word "Purchased." On the ipHone, open iTunes and choose the More tab. Purchased is one of the options on that page.
