Is it possible that the messaging app is just hiding some of the threads? The problem I have is that my wife accidentally deleted the entire conversation between us from her android phone, and when I went to my iPhone,I only had messages from her back through June of this year.
I scrolled through my list of messages and I see some threads that date back to 2015, but her thread is just truncated. I also lost a lot of texts from my kids including some cute pics/videos of my grand kids. So I am looking for any way to at least search my itunes backup that I made just prior to the 13.1.0 upgrade I did on friday to see if the messages were there. Any help greatly appreciated.
