Hello everyone,

I don't exactly know how to explain an odd problem that I have now
encountered twice.

However, I am hoping that with the bit of information I can give,
someone might know what I am talking about.

Alright, a few days ago I was on Facebook. I clicked on a video posted
by the TV show, This Is Us. Before I even got the video playing, the
text that was on the screen, started reading by itself. I was not even
trying to read through it. The phone seemed to stutter, and would repeat
text, cut off, and even start over. I didn't know what to make of it. I
thought that maybe it was some odd way the layout was set up. So I just
closed it out.

But then again, on the next day, I went in to 1 of my local TV station
Apps, to read a news story. The same sort of thing happened. I clicked
on the story. Before I could even scroll through it on my own, the phone
attempted to try to read it on it's own. Again, it stuttered badly. It
kept starting over, or breaking up. It was so odd! But it was also so
bad that I couldn't read the article.

What could be causing this?

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

The even bigger question is, can I do anythough about it.

Any help would be so very much appreciated.

Thank you,

Terri
