Yes, I can get it to work, but it is not perfect. My advice is to search for the TV program you want. Sadly the button for search does not work, so if you double tap on A to Z, this brings up the search box instead believe it or not. Once you have found and selected the programme you want to watch, do a triple press of home to turn voice over off and then double tap in the centre of the screen. This should either start the programme or get you to the next screen which is accessible again. Triple click home to turn voice over back on and if your programme has not already started playing, explore the screen to see if you need to accept their terms if the programme contains adult content etc. I reported many of the accessibility issues to ITV over a year ago and did not get a response and even left them bad feedback on iTunes. Maybe it is time I contacted them again, especially when you see how wonderful iPlayer is now. Once you get used to how ITV player works (or works with VO that should be rather), you should be able to watch just about anything via the A to Z button which is actually search.
