You may want to check Applevis.com for tutorials or Podcasts about Overcast and 1Password, they would most likely give you much more detailed instructions. A general question like "How do I use Overcast" basically would require somebody to write a full tutorial and I am pretty sure one exists. The basic steps are that you search for a Podcast in Overdrive, you then have the option to subscribe to the Podcast or listen to any of the episodes without subscribing although if it is a Podcast you want to listen to on a regular bases I recommend you subscribe to it. You can also adjust the Settings in Overcast to either automatically download a Podcast episode (I think that is the default) or you can set it to always stream the episode which is my preferred method since I typically don't want to end up with a bunch of Podcasts downloaded to my device. As for 1Password I have to leave it to others to explain since I use the Roboform Password Manager.
