Carolyn, if you want to adjust your speed, turn two fingers on your screen until you hear your phone say speed and then you just flick up to either make it faster or slower or down. If you're not sure something is in your rotor, just go to settings and then to rotor and when you see something you want on the rotor, just double tap that.
