Hi, Instagram has definitely improved on accessibility since it was bought out by Facebook. It’s a matter of time and playing with it so you understand it. Avoid pressing the volume buttons while the app is open as it wil take a picture which you will then have to dismiss (button on top area.)
As you begin to search and follow friends, family or business’s you will begin to have content on your feed. The rotor has been implemented on the app as you swipe up or down with one finger to choose from the various actions while in different areas of the app. Enjoy.
