No, but you can use Control + Shift + Tab to go from your Mailbox to the folder list or, as Christoper said, Shift + F6. This is really no big deal, just a small change which will become muscle memory after a very short time. For me pressing Control + Shift + Tab has become the shortcut of choice. Keep in mind that if you go to the folder list and you want to go back in the same folder right away you have to use F6. If you go to the folder list and go to a different folder you press enter once you get to it. For example, say you are in your inbox and you want to go to Sent Items. Press Control + Shift + Tab and Jaws will say “Inbox” because that is where you are. Now down arrow to Sent Items or press s and then press enter and you are in Sent Items. You can’t press Tab or F6 here, only enter will put you in the new folder. Let’s say you go out of your inbox but decide you want to go back there. Now only F6 works because it is already the selected folder, at least for me enter here does nothing. As I said, just a small change in shortcut keys, you can of course still use Control + Y to bring up the folder list and then select a folder and press enter. Keep in mind that if you want to go to Contacts you have to use Control + Y, you will not find it in the folder list you get when you use Control + Shift + Tab or Shift + F6 because it’s now called “People” and it’s a sort of tab like Mail, Calendar and Tasks and you get to those by pressing Shift + F6 twice from your mailbox. The first time goes into the folder list, the second you get to what is called the Navigation Bar and you land on Mail, you can then arrow right to Calendar, People and Tasks.

Isn’t there a way to make Outlook as simple as I want it? Going from list to folder treview? Thanks. Also, I can’t seem to left arrow to see my text with my keyboard, I can with my braille display not with the keyboard.
