Has anyone been able to use File Sharing between iTunes for Windows and an iPhone running iOS 13.1.3? When I navigate to the File Sharing in iTunes, and then tab to the applications, arrow down to Voice Dream Reader, and tab, there is no Add document button.
Anyone else having this issue? Before I call Apple Accessibility, I wanted to know if it is unique to my devices.
