Hi,
With all due respect I only see this option under messages not with each
individual app. I see selections for badges, sounds, banners keeping it in
history and automatically group or not but nothing about repeating
notifications as I said except for the messages app.
What am I missing?
This is in iOS 13.2 and on an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

If you go to settings, notifications, you’ll notice that each app has
customizable settings for your notifications styles banners alerts etc. In
each app if you go to the very bottom you will see, Repeat Alerts Button.
If you double tap on this button and then select never, you will only get
one alert.
