I have noticed that, with IOS 13.2, VoiceOver gets stuck on the status bar when I open an app. The Nest app is a great example, but it has happened to me with others, too. Most of the time if I hit the home button and then go back to the app I can get at the app, but sometimes I just get stuck again on the status bar. Thoughts please.
