When you go to about phone to change your name after a network reset,
you might be prompted to update carrier settings. Be sure to do this as
it will give you updated settings from your carrier.

There are only two thing you have to do after a reset network settings:
1. If your iPhone is called something like Judy's iPhone, you have to go to Settings > General > About (at
the very top). Double tap on it, the first item is the phone's name and during a reset network settings the name
defaults back to simply "iPhone". This is a normal edit field, you can double tap on it, go to the
beginning of the line and put "Judy's" in front of "iPhone" or call it whatever you want.
2. You will also be disconnected from your WiFi, go to Settings > WiFi, find your network
and double tap on it, you then have to enter your WiFi password and then double tap on
"Join" at the bottom right of the keyboard.
That's it, after that you are done and I have seen this little procedure make a
huge difference from battery life to other issues. There will be no change in
anything else, all your apps will be there where you put them, you will loose
no data or anything like that.

I am having a similar problem with my iPhone 8. It does not seem to
be holding a charge, but, when I check the battery health everything
shows up as fine. I have been in contact with apple accessibility,
and they are supposed to call me back this morning. I will let you
know if I learn anything.
