Hi folks, My phone used to do the NATO Phonatic spelling perfectly. If I needed to know the exact spelling of a word, I would switch my rotor to characters, then swipe down and it will spell out the characters phonetically, Z like zulu, n like nancy, I like india, etc. Now it stopped doing that, It will just say the character without the phonetic clarification. I do not remember making any changes in voice over settings. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? I am using iPhone XR and iOS 13.2. I appreciate any help
