Hi,
sorry I can’t be much help. I have had nothing but trouble since updating to
IOS 13. Eventually I have been able to re-pair the aids to the phone. I have a
case with Apple the problem is that when I stop using BO or hang up from calls
my aids take about 2 minutes to return to normal use so I can hear properly
The noise around me. I believe the problem is in the bluetooth as I can not
pair a digital tool via bluetooth to my phone. I have been able to do all these
things till IOS 13.
Frankly I am not a happy camper at the moment.
I have expensive hearing aids and a relatively expensive tool, neither I can
use to there full potential.
Are your hearing aids Made for iPhone? If so I probably be able to help.
Max.
