You say “The Rainbow II color identifier is the most reliable device,” I’m
curious why you say this? Is it more reliable than the Colorino then?
I appreciate your thoughts on this topic that’s why I ask.

there are no apps that are dependable for color ID.
The Rainbow II color identifier is the most reliable device, and is around $75.
Or, you could use Be My Eyes or Aira, or Facetime or Skype with a friend.
