Since updating to IOS13 and using a third party keyboard (amazon basic) after turning it on, I can't can't get the keyboard to activate. Are there some settings which got turned off which I need to reset or to reinitiate? It is as if the onscreen keyboard stays up and the third party keyboard stays inactive. Any help is appreciated.
