Anna, I think the new version has an issue with shortcuts. I have the Smart Chef, Smart Talking Scale app, which uses Siri shortcuts. After iOS 13, there are only four showing up. I had created at least 8 when shortcuts were part of the Siri settings. I've reported all this.
