I can confirm what some others already said, no issues whatsoever with the Aubible app. This would lead me to believe that your problem is isolated and you may want to delete the app and reinstall it and, if that still doesn't work, do a factory restore. I had a few other small problems after I upgraded to iOS 6 and eventually decided to spend the time it takes to do a factory restore and set up the phone as a new device. Of course you then have to resync all the apps you want, move them all into folders or on homescreens the way you like, you have to re-setup your email accounts, enter WiFi passwords, re-purchase in-app upgrades as in List Recorder etc. It takes some time, but if you do have problems you are not willing to live with it is worth it and for me all the problems I had went away except those that are truly bugs which have to be addressed in the next iOS update.
