Hi Terri, Do you sometimes use your phone with a braille display or Bluetooth keyboard? If so, connect it, open Messages, and double-tap to start writing. Press Eject on a Bluetooth keyboard or Space with dots 146 (think sh for show) to make the onscreen keyboard appear. Now turn off your phone and keyboard or display. When you go back into an edit box, the keyboard should be there.
